Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We generally ship our items within 1-2 business days. If you would like to have your order shipped same day or next day please contact us to insure that it can go out same day or next day otherwise the standard time frame for shipping out an order is 1-2 business days.

 

Please note orders received after Friday 9:00AM will most likely not be shipped out on the following Monday. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT PACKAGES ON SATURDAY

 

We strongly suggest purchasing insurance on larger orders to insure that the item is covered in the event of accidental damage or loss by the mail carrier selected.

 

We offer USPS First Class, Priority, and Express mail options available at time of checkout. If you would like to know the shipping fee for an item order, please add it to your cart and use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the page

 

International Orders

 

We value all our customers and we welcome international orders as well, however on purchases over $25.00 you will be required to purchase insurance.

For orders below $25.00 we would strongly suggest purchasing insurance on larger orders to insure that the item is covered in the event of accidental damage or loss by the mail carrier selected.

 

For international shipping we offer USPS International First Class, International Priority, and International Express mail options available at time of checkout. Please note that NY Laptop Parts reserves the right to cancel any order that seem to be suspicious 

 

 

RETURNS:

 

30 Day (Hassle Free) Returns
We want you to enjoy the items you purchase from NYLaptopParts.com, if you ordered the wrong part or need to return it for any reason, don't worry. Just send it back within 30 days of purchase date to receive money back (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us). All working returns are subject to a small restocking fee.

  • Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
  • All working returns are subject to a 15% or $15 restocking fee; whichever is less.
  • NYLaptopParts.com may refuse a customer return when the returned item is not in the original sold condition. Examples of conditions that might lead to refused returns include:
    • Returned item is a different serial number than the one NYLaptopParts.com originally shipped.
    • Returned item is missing parts or the original product packing material.
    • Returned item was damaged because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.

Please notify us within 30 days of purchase date if you would like to return or exchange a product. The purchase date is the date on your invoice. We cannot accept return requests after 30 days of the purchase date. To return a product to NYLaptopParts.com, contact us HERE to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Upon our receipt of the parcel, you will receive a refund within 10 business days unless otherwise notified by e-mail. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund. We can only issue a credit to the original credit card used to purchase. 

Exchanges 
If you ordered the wrong part and you want to exchange it for another part: you the customer must order the correct/new product prior to sending back the item you are returning for exchange/refund, the item must be in good working condition (it will be tested upon receipt), exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the part you ordered to exchange is equal or greater to the price of the returned item, copy of original item invoice MUST BE IN BOX with invoice number of new item purchased. If the new item purchased invoices number is not written or included on the invoice, the 15% restocking fee automatically applies, no shipping will refunded.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM PRODUCT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR REPLACE THE NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM PRODUCT WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF INFORMATION STORED ON THE NYLAPTOPPARTS.COM PRODUCT.
